Sole Solutions aims to provide accessible, high-quality, patient-centered foot care services to the public. We aim to promote foot health by educating people on the importance of foot care and how it benefits an individual.
why is foot care important?
Our feet are our body’s foundation. They are small but mighty! Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2022) stated, “Foot hygiene is key in promoting good health.” Foot problems can have a domino effect on your health considering it is the body’s foundation. For instance, with foot ailments, you’re less likely to engage in physical activity, so this will lead to a higher risk of having medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and mental health issues. Also, feet that are healthy and pain-free help you keep your balance, which prevents falls – a major cause of injury and hospitalization.
Our feet are vital for mobility. They are the most hardworking part of our body as they take us where we want to go! Taking care of your feet will reduce the risk of developing foot conditions and will improve overall health and quality of life.
