DO YOU HAVE A CLINIC?

No, we are fully mobile; we only provide in-home services. We visit private residences, retirement homes, and seniors’ homes. We can provide the services at the Red Deer Regional Hospital if you or your loved one needing foot care is admitted to the hospital.


DO YOU PROVIDE DIABETIC FOOT CARE?

Yes, diabetic foot care is one of the services that we provide.


DO YOU DIRECT BILL?

Not right now. However, we provide an invoice or sales receipt, so you can be reimbursed by your insurance company.


WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept cash, credit card, debit card, interac e-transfers, checque!


WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE ON THE APPOINTMENT DAY?

Here are a few things we advise our clients before and during the appointment:

Wash your feet before the service, as we no longer provide foot soaking.

Sit in a comfortable chair (a recliner or anything with a comfortable backrest) as the service will last about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

We may need access to an electrical outlet if a podiatry nail drill is needed during the care. We have electrical extension cord, if needed.

Kindly leash your pets, if there’ are any, to keep our nurses safe during the home visit.

No smoking or vaping during the service.


WHY ARE YOU NOT PROVIDING FOOT SOAK?

Foot soaking is no longer recommended due to prolonged moisture, potential scalding risk, skin breakdown, infection, and fungal issues.


DO YOU PROVIDE FOOT MASSAGE?

We only do light foot massage when we apply moisturizer to your feet and lower legs.


DO YOU STERILIZE YOUR FOOT CARE TOOLS?

Absolutely, YES! All our professional foot care instruments are sterilized in an autoclave.

All instruments are cleaned using enzymatic detergent cleaner to remove the debris, packaged in a pouch, and autoclaved.
